The Massachusetts Notary Public & Legal Support Network can issue your subpoenas for your pending case. We have commissioned Notaries Public available who can issue your subpoenas in accordance with Rule 45 of the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure.

Our Network also has certified Process Servers available who will legally serve the subpoena in-hand to the person who it is for. Our Process Servers comply with the applicable rules of court that stipulate how subpoenas are to be served.

We specialize in drafting and issuing the following types of subpoenas:

      • Deposition Subpoenas
      • Government Agency Subpoenas

You don't have to be a member to make a payment. Remember, we provide the following services:

 

      • Draft (by degreed paralegal's) = $10.00 per subpoena
      • Issue (by commissioned notaries public) = FREE
      • Serve (by certified process servers) = Varies*

 

*Process Server fees are determined by the amount of miles needed to travel from zip code: 01432 to where the subpoena needs to be served in-hand. Quantity discounts are available.
