We will serve your paperwork anywhere in Massachusetts and most parts of New Hampshire. Our 'returns of service' are promptly notarized and returned to you after service is effectuated. As an additional safeguard, our in-house notary public will tag along with the process server and will attempt to get an 'acceptance of service' form signed by the person receiving the process. This form will be notarized in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws and will be considered prima facie evidence in the court of law.
Additionally, for an extra fee of $10.00 per service, our process servers will take a picture of the person being served. Their picture will be placed on the return of service to prove, beyond all reasonable doubt, that the party had been served in-hand. If the paperwork was left at the party's usual place of abode, the process server will take a photograph of the area where the documents were left.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
*If more then one subpoena needs to be served at the same address, it's an additional $10 per document rather then the full amount. For example, if you are serving a husband and wife at the same address within 5 miles from our starting location, you will only pay $35.00 instead of $50.00.
